Queens Barge coats of arms
Hand painted coats of arms:
Works carried out for Hare and Humphreys
Jaysigns undertook the enjoyable task of hand painting all the coats of arms of the Commonwealth, for Queen Elizabeth’s Thames Barge, Gloriana. Each shield was 100mm and was painted using sign writers one shot enamel paint. This was a project that demanded old fashioned skills, as digital prints would not have suited the overall look of the barge.
