Gilded Ceilings

We were asked to gild 3 ceilings in one of London’s most exclusive private members bars. The private dining room was gilded with moon gold, using 12 hour size so making it possible to apply all the gold in one go. As was the Ladies toilets. The Gents was gilded using palladium leaf, which in essence is platinum. Once skewed off you are left with a finish that is both elegant yet understated.
